“I’m passionate about coaching and the incredible growth and possibilities it can unlock to create a meaningful impact in your life.”
Meet Mary
As the founder of Avidity Coaching, I bring decades of experience as an Executive Leader in both the Public Service and Private Sector, coupled with a deep passion for empowering individuals and teams to thrive. My people-first leadership style is at the heart of my work, fostering environments where healthy collaboration, shared purpose, and courageous action flourish.
Throughout my career, I have specialized in leading transformational change, guiding individuals and teams to achieve their goals with confidence and clarity. My coaching philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that it all begins with you. By combining mentoring and storytelling with the proven techniques I honed through the Organizational Coaching Program at UBC and my Accredited Coaching Certification with the International Coaching Federation, I help clients unlock their potential and turn aspirations into action.
Avidity reflects my commitment to co-creating spaces where personal and professional growth intersect. Whether you’re exploring a career pivot, reigniting a passion, or leading through change, I’m here to guide you on a path of discovery and success.
Beyond coaching, I’m an avid traveler with a love for planning adventures that create lasting memories with family and friends. When I’m not exploring new corners of the world, you’ll often find me walking the scenic trails of Greater Victoria, inspired by nature and planning the next exciting chapter.
Let’s explore your potential together—because your story matters, and the next step in your journey starts here.
